Sandy is a Rasamaya certified barre instructor and has extensive training in Pilates
as well as the barre method Barsculpt. She is a runner and a lover of all things fitness from boot camps to yoga.
She is passionate about sharing her love of fitness and the transformative
properties of exercise with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Sandy’s fitness journey has taken her from when she discovered Pilates and then
barre classes. Through barre and Pilates she saw and felt her body change,
muscles developing, and flexibility increasing. She started to experience a level of
fitness that translated into everyday activities. The confidence in her body gave her
the motivation to try running and in October of 2015 completed her first half-marathon.
