Julie began attending Les Mills BodyPump in Utah in 2010 and recently passed the Les Mills BodyPump Initial Training. She is also an avid skier, soccer player, and runner having completed 8 full marathons to date. After incorporating BodyPump into her training routine, she quickly realized faster running times and even dropped over 1 min/mile off of marathon times. Julie’s favorite aspect of BodyPump is that it’s such a unique workout and perfect cross training addition to any fitness plan. Her goal is to help lead and motivate others to achieve their fitness goals and optimize their training through BodyPump.
