Graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Sports Medicine, Health Fitness. Since then, she has spent her time as a personal trainer, training and pushing clients to safely meet and exceed their fitness goals through smart training; her technique is to look at a person’s basic movement patterns and figure out what can be improved.
By looking at the body as a fully functioning unit instead of individual parts, people can efficiently progress in strength and conditioning, weight loss, and athletic performance. She wants her clients to push their own personal boundaries in a safe and effective manner. Jillian is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and through Maddog Spinning as a Spin instructor.
