Gretchen, a Belfast native, discovered her love of fitness in 2010 through the Les Mills fitness programs. Since then she has been attending and teaching a variety of group fitness classes. She is a certified Body Step, Body Attack, Body Combat, and CX Worx instructor, and is also AAA/ISMA certified in yoga. Outside the gym, Gretchen loves to run, cycle, ski, and compete in obstacle course races. She is currently working on her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
