Class Descriptions

Classes can be cancelled at any time due to lack of participation

Ashtanga Vinyasa: Is yoga that synchronizes breath and movement through a series of postures called the primary series. This includes sun salutations, seated and balance postures. It will combine the styles of Ashtanga and Vinyasa, benefits include increased flexibility and balance.


Barre Dia: Created by Erin Collins Kimball, Barre Dia fuses cardio, ballet, yoga, and Pilates into one dynamic high energy, fat burning class. You gain lower body strength, strong abs, while increasing flexibility. Fitness should be fun! All levels.


Barre Dia Core: Will focus primarily on abs, obliques, legs and glutes integrating high and low intensity exercises designed to chisel abs and build a strong core.


Bodies in Motion: This a mobility class designed to take the body through full range of motion.  Engaging in regular movement of your joints will help prevent injuries and serve as a maintenance practice. Open to all levels. 


Body Pump©: Original Les Mills Class: build strength with a weight training class that is fun and challenging using barbells. This class will tone and transform. All levels welcome!


Core & More: This is a body weight conditioning class designed to challenge our “blind spots.” We focus on strength exercises to improve balance and flexibility. Open to all levels.  


CXWORX: This class hones in on torso and sling muscles that connect the upper body to the lower body. It is ideal for tightening your abs and glutes. All levels class.


Rhythm Ride: Cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles, with an emphasis on moving to the rhythm of the music. Rebecca uses her musical background to merge rhythm and spin together for a fun, all levels class.


Studio Cycle/Spin: A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based, and focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs & sprints.


Pilates: An innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches body awareness & good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility & agility.


Tabata: Total body, high-intensity interval conditioning. This class fuses 24 different challenges for 3 rounds of calisthenics, cardio, core, plyometric and weight training.


Turbo X45: 45 minutes of cardio, aerobics, kickboxing, and interval training fused with whole body strengthening & core work followed by stretch. All levels.


Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa yoga synchronizes movement with breath in a flow type class linking the postures together into a dynamic practice. The breath is used as a constant point of reference for returning to resting in the present moment. All levels welcome.


Yin Yoga: Slow, meditative yoga that consists of long-held, passive floor poses. This class works the lower half of the body including hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine getting at fascia and connective tissues. Slow deep stretch for all levels.



Zumba Barre Dia: Our traditional Barre Dia class with an added Zumba flare during the cardio portion of class. All levels welcome.
